Our clinic on wheels visits neighborhoods throughout Lincoln, expanding our ability to provide healthcare when and where you need it.
Bluestem Health provides comprehensive immunization services to keep Lincoln’s community healthy. Our services include routine immunizations and seasonal vaccinations for patients of all ages. We offer scheduled immunizations for children, preteens, and adolescents, as well as flu and COVID-19 vaccines and more for adults. Our healthcare providers understand the importance of creating individualized care plans based on your age and immunization needs.
Early-life Immunizations Optimizing infants’ immune response to diseases involves scheduling essential vaccines early in their lives. Our pediatricians will help you schedule these routine, early-life immunizations. Moreover, our pediatricians are licensed to care for individuals up to age 18, and they can provide immunizations scheduled for preteens, such as the meningococcal vaccine and the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine. Just of few of the early-life immunizations we provide include:
Chickenpox COVID-19 Hepatitis B Haemophilus influenza type b (Hib) Measles, mumps, rubella Pneumococcal disease (PCV) Polio (IPV) Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap) Rotavirus (RV)
Immunizations For 18 and Older Vaccines can wear off over time, increasing your risk of preventable diseases. As individuals age, additional immunizations are recommended to maintain immunity. The following are just a few of the vaccines, and Bluestem Health’s providers offer guidance on which immunizations you might need:
COVID-19 Hepatitis B Influenza Pneumococcal (update recommended for ages 65+) Zoster (also known as shingles and update recommended for ages 50+) RVS (recommended for ages 60+)
For more information on vaccines and the most recent vaccine and immunization schedules for adults and children, please visit the Center for Disease Control and Prevention website. Vaccines may be covered by insurance.
At Bluestem Health, we offer immunizations to keep our community healthy. Schedule an appointment with one of our providers or call for immunization clinic dates and times.
