Meet Caitlin Neukirch, PA-C. Caitlin joined our team in September of this year after earning her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies from Union College. She chose to work for Bluestem because she is able to provide a wide variety of services to a diverse patient population within a broad range of ages. Caitlin approaches each day with the mantra, “It’s a good day to have a good day.” She loves working with her team because they are compassionate and provide high quality care for their patients. She also has high expectations for herself and constantly works on personal advancement and growth. Caitlin learned this from her parents, who she looks up to and who inspire her to chase her dreams and work hard for success. Caitlin is the eldest of 8 children and tries to be a role model and bring her best to everything she does.

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Caitlin went on to become a collegiate soccer player at Midland University and still loves the game. She married her biggest fan and high school sweetheart, and together they share two children, a son and a daughter. She enjoys spending quality time with family and going shopping. We also should not forget to mention their cuddly dog, Marley, who provides the whole family with endless, fiery love.

Thanks for joining our team Caitlin. We appreciate your hard work and dedication to excellence.
