The pediatricians at Bluestem Health Pediatrics are licensed to provide care for infants, adolescents, and children up to age 18. They offer full-scope pediatric services so they can manage all aspects of your child’s health – physical, behavioral, and mental care.

Erica Peterson, MD
Pediatrician

Dr. Erica Peterson specializes in primary care for children in a family practice setting. She enjoys working with families to give children a healthy start in life, including their social and emotional needs. She also volunteers in the community and has a special interest when it comes to public health.

Dr. Peterson received her Medical Degree from Duke University. She is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has a Master’s in Public Health from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

Humaira Qasimyar, MD
Pediatrician

Dr. Humaira Qasimyar enjoys working with children and is passionate about being an advocate and trusted resource for families. As a pediatrician, she likes caring for all kids, with a special interest in complex cases that may include patients who have had multiple surgical procedures, are taking several medications, or have developmental or behavioral conditions.

Dr. Qasimyar received her Medical Degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
