Our clinic on wheels visits neighborhoods throughout Lincoln, expanding our ability to provide healthcare when and where you need it.
Our patient support team is here to help patients access resources to promote health and wellness that they may not know about or have access to, like SNAP. SNAP assistance offers supplemental assistance for nutrition to individuals with low-income and families going through difficult financial times. The goal is to help alleviate food insecurity. Certain requirements like resources and income limits determine eligibility for SNAP assistance, previously food stamps. You must apply in the state where you live. Use the prescreening tool to see if you might qualify. It only takes about 3 minutes. If you qualify, you must still apply for SNAP assistance benefits.

*In some areas, restaurants can be authorized to accept SNAP benefits from qualified homeless, elderly, or disabled people in exchange for low-cost meals.

• Soaps, paper products
• Household supplies
• Vitamins and medicines
• Food that will be eaten in the store
